• The beneficiary can cancel the reservation within a period of no less than 7 days from the date of the event.
• Evidence of cancellation of the reservation must be provided, including, for example, the following:
- Cancellation request on the website.
- Cancellation request via the hall supervisor's WhatsApp.
- Cancellation request via email.
- Any other document proving the cancellation request seven days before the date.
• The administration reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of non-compliance with the terms of use.
• The administration representative has the right to close services and facilities and stop the event when the hall is used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended.
• It is prohibited to practice any recreational activity without obtaining the necessary licenses and written approval from the administration.
• The beneficiary can postpone the hall reservation 7 days before the reservation date. The postponement request must be proven through:
- Requesting a postponement via the hall supervisor's WhatsApp.
- Requesting a postponement via email.
- Any other document proving the cancellation request seven days before the date.
• The beneficiary has the right to postpone the reservation, and the first condition of postponing the reservation will be litigated if the death of the beneficiary's relatives is proven, provided that proof of the death certificate and kinship is provided.
